Position: Operation Quality Control - Hospitality industry

Task include:

  • Train and educate all drivers and Fleet Supervisors on the correct and up-to-date standards to meet and greet the guests.
  • Create transcripts for greeting the guests and how to run a professional dialog with the guests and train the drivers and the supervisors on the transcript.
  • Create driver’s training materials and training strategy and be responsible regards the driver’s training program.
  • Ensure that all the drivers are trained and well-educated on how to treat the guests.
  • Inspect all vehicles on a regular basis to determine that high-quality standards of cleanliness, safety, and amenities availability are maintained.
  • Inspect the drivers and supervisors’ grooming and guide them on how to maintain proper grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring the needs of the guests and hotels were proactively attended to.
  • Train the Drivers and the Fleet Supervisors on proper procedures on how to handle the guests’ requests, needs, and complaints as per the company policies.
  • Coordinate with all Fleet Supervisors in the contracted hotels and provide them with the support they need.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in a shift which includes dispatching and briefing the drivers.
  • Manage, supervise, and monitor fleet operations.
  • Day-to-day report of status to the Manager for urgent and non-urgent approval of works.
  • Establish and manage the day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient and effective flow of the operation.
  • Handle phone calls, and face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Respond to customer problems or complaints.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Senior(s) / management.

 

Must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of previous experience in the Hospitality industry preferably with hospitality staff training knowledge or experience.
  • Education related on-the-job experience or a post-secondary degree.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledgeable in computer skills (MS. Office & business correspondence).
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.
  • Must be Fluent in English & Urdu.
  • Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license.
