We are currently looking an Office boy that can perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guests or staff, handling electronic files and papers, greeting visitors and so on.

TASK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Comply with assigned job description.

OFFICE BOY REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Experience as an office boy or in related field.
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Communication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English).
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Applicants must have their attested Diploma in origin country and UAE MOFA.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Basic Salary – AED 1,300

Day OFF – Twice a week

Accommodation – Company provided
