Position: Fleet Supervisor
We are currently looking for a Fleet Supervisor who will serve as the key operations link between the company and both our drivers and customers. He must effectively deliver key factor results for operation, maintenance, safety, and service of the fleets.
Skills and Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven maximum of 1-2 years in UAE working experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Communication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English).
- Time management and planning skills.
- Applicants must have their attested Diploma in their origin country and UAE MOFA.
- Note: The above position is urgent and only those that have UAE MOFA attestation will be entertained.
Task Includes:
- Deal with the day-to-day outdoor operation of the fleet.
- To resolve customer and driver needs while leading drivers to meet performance goals.
- Attend to all direct clients (hotels), bookings, and vehicle requirements.
- Attended direct clients (hotels) complaints and lost and found issues.
- Maintain personal grooming, wear company ID, and use proper uniform.
- Flexible with shifting schedules and rotating locations within the Dubai area.
- Provide timely reports related to the fleet to the Operation Manager.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
